Content :
1. Theory: 3-4 hours lecture and a written exam.
2. 3 hrs Swimming pool practice decide on need. 
3. Confined Water & Open Water training: 4 -5 dives, 2-3 dives each day, total 2 days.
 
Course Fee : HKD4,500  (English  or Cantonese)
