M1 Advanced Mermaid Class

This introductory course for underwater performers first teaches students how to use Merfin to perform various mermaid techniques in the water, and then teaches students how to control buoyancy and posture, in preparation for entering the underwater performance industry.

 Time: 13 hours in total
 Location: Kowloon, Sai Kung
 Price: $4,500 (including mermaid scale pants, certificate fee, pool rental, coach fee, equipment rental, fish skin experience)
 Content: For those who already have some swimming skills, through 5 training sessions, you will be able to show the posture of a mermaid both above and below the water and acquire basic performance skills
 📒1 theory class: Understand the difference between mermaiding and other underwater sports, mermaid equipment introduction and usage instructions, mermaid skills introduction (buoyancy principle and control skills, mermaid golden rule, posture and fancy movements, safety rules and restrictions)
 🤸🏻1 bodybuilding class: mermaid stretching and physical training, mermaid rhythmic techniques, mermaid postures and fancy movements
 🏊🏻Pool class x 3 classes: ✨Basic movement practice - shore, water entry, shore posture, water entry method ✨Buoyancy/hair/expression control skills ✨Mermaid swimming skills ✨Fancy movements, dynamic and static practice
 Successful graduates will be awarded the Mermaid Federation International Mermaid Certificate, which will allow them to participate in Hong Kong and international mermaid exchanges.
