What is mermaid sports? How is it different from swimming?
Mermaid exercise is an independent underwater sport that combines art, mind-body and spiritual healing, and sports science. Through the resistance of water, it can exercise the core muscles and muscle flexibility. It is also an underwater performing art. In addition to visual and physical expression, it also emphasizes coordination with music, just like dancing in the water.
Do I need to have swimming experience to participate?
No! Our mermaid lessons are available for different levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced swimmer, you can find a lesson that suits you. Our instructors will always teach you according to your individual needs and with safety as the top priority.
Is there any age limit for mermaid sports?
It is generally recommended that children aged six or above can participate. However, if the child is very familiar with water and his parents accompany him throughout the whole process, he can discuss with the coach to make individual arrangements.
There is no age limit. Even if you are 80 years old, as long as your physical condition allows, you can bravely pursue your dreams.
How is the safety of the course ensured?
Safety is our top priority. All coaches are professionally qualified in lifesaving and teaching, and our classes are always conducted in a controlled pool environment to ensure the safety of our students.
How long does it take to become a beautiful mermaid ?
There is no standard answer because it depends on the ability and diligence of the participants.
It takes as little as 3 hours to master the basic movements. Generally speaking, after completing 5 M1 classes, you will be able to do basic fancy movements.
Can I bring friends or family with me?
Of course you are welcome! We have courses designed specifically for groups. Whether it is family fun or a gathering with friends, you can experience the joy of being a mermaid together.
Is there mermaid sports in other countries ?
It has developed into an emerging industry in many countries around the world, including the United States, Germany, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, China, etc.
If you hold a relevant international mermaid certificate, you can be recognized by dive shops around the world and participate in related mermaid activities. (Please contact your coach for details)
Can a boy become a mermaid?
Of course! Mermaids have no gender, race, or skin color.
Anyone can become a mermaid. Many times, men perform better than women.
Male coaches can be arranged if necessary.
What equipment is needed for mermaid sports?
To get started, you only need a mermaid mask and merfins .
As for all kinds of mermaid skin and accessories , it is recommended to repair M1
The experience class has already prepared equipment for the students, so they only need to prepare their own swimsuit .
What is the duration and cost of the course?
We offer single-session trial classes and full-course options:

What is the Mermaid Contest ?
Mermaid sports have developed into a large-scale and international competition.
There are mermaid competitions in many countries. Famous competitions in Asia include the ADEX Asian Diving Exhibition Water Tank Competition, the National Mermaid Competition and International Invitational Competition held in China, and related competitions held in Taiwan, Indonesia, South Korea and other places.
